Nestled in the heart of Des Moines, our space hosts everything from weddings and fundraisers to reunions and corporate events. With over 10,000 square feet of flexible indoor and outdoor space, we pride ourselves on creating seamless, unforgettable experiences for every guest who walks through our doors.

Position Overview
We’re seeking a friendly, organized, and detail-loving individual to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a dynamic, people-focused environment and wants to play a key part in bringing events to life—whether you're managing logistics, supporting guests, or showcasing what makes Northbridge special.
