With over 10,000 square feet of flexible indoor and outdoor space, we pride ourselves on creating seamless, unforgettable experiences for every guest who walks through our doors.

We’re seeking a friendly, organized, and detail-loving individual to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a dynamic, people-focused environment and wants to play a key part in bringing events to life—whether you're managing logistics, supporting guests, or showcasing what makes Northbridge special.

Willingness to work nights, weekends, and during busy event seasons
The ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure
Strong promotional instincts and marketing know-how
Solid understanding of safety protocols and risk management
Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills
A team spirit and a can-do attitude—even on long days
Comfortable using Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and/or TikTok to help us connect with our community
A degree in Event Management or a related field
