Structual Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Calculate the loads and stresses on structures
• Determine if a structure can be built and function safely
• Coordinate with the detailer for design work as needed
• Check the accuracy of design, dimensions, and tolerances in conformance with engineering standards
• Produce accurate BOMs

Requirements:

• Experience working with structural steel
• Experience with AutoCAD, RISA, and Mathcad is highly desired
• Proficient in MS Office
• Bachelor of Science in civil engineering with a structural emphasis
• Ability to obtain FE within 1 year
