Work model:

• On-Site
• 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
• Monday – Friday

What you will do:

• Draft and organize various legal documents such as wills, trusts, powers of attorney, healthcare directives, and estate tax returns
• Communicate with clients, trustees, and family members and provide support and guidance throughout the estate planning and administration process
• Handle commercial real estate transactions and closings
• Administer probate estates, trusts, guardianships, and conservatorships, including drafting pleadings, preparing accountings, and communicating with financial institutions
• Take on special projects as assigned
• Maintain professionalism while working with confidential and sensitive issues

What you will need to be successful:

• 3-5 years of experience within a law firm with at least one year of focus on wills, trusts, and probate
• Paralegal Certificate or equivalent degree required
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft and Adobe applications and online filing systems
• Skilled in time management, with the ability to prioritize deadlines
