What you will do:

• Offer support for construction projects, including planning, budgeting, and scheduling of projects
• Ensure the requirements of the project are met by collaborating with clients, project managers, architects, and subcontractors
• Oversee project progress and complete inspections on-site to maintain adherence to design specifications and safety standards
• Address technical issues during the course of construction
• Compile and manage project documentation, including submittals, RFIs, progress reports, and change orders
• Monitor project timelines, quality control measures, and cost estimations to maintain adherence
• Engage in risk assessments and deploy mitigation strategies
• Review technical proposals and suppliers to aid procurement activities
• Demonstrate a high level of focus on health and safety protocols

What you will need to be successful:

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, construction management, or a related field
• 0-2 years of experience in construction project management
• Experience with construction management software, including AutoCAD, Primavera, and Procore
• Knowledge of construction methods, codes, materials, and safety regulations
