What you will do:
- Facilitate process mapping and requirements-gathering sessions
- Create and groom user stories and prioritize the backlog
- Lead the standardization of business process improvements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and successful project delivery
- Utilize Scrum/Agile methodologies to drive project success
- Provide insights and recommendations to enhance business processes and systems
What you will need to be successful:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Requirements Analyst
- Proven experience working with Product Owners, SMEs, stakeholders, and executive leadership
- Strong facilitation skills for process mapping and requirements gathering
- Expertise in story creation, grooming, and backlog prioritization
- Demonstrated ability to lead business process improvement initiatives
- Solid understanding and experience with Scrum/Agile methodologies
- Project Management experience is a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality results
- Proficiency in relevant software and tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, MS Office Suite)
