What you will do:

• Provide analysis of recruiting issues and identify solutions
• Manage the recruitment process for divisions
• Work with managers to understand hiring needs
• Create job requisitions and assist with job postings and advertising
• Identify and implement effective recruiting methods and strategies
• Screen candidates over the phone for the first round of interviews

What you will need to be successful:

• Bachelor's degree in human resources or other related field
• 1+ year of recruitment or recruitment-related experience
• Fluent in Spanish
• SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP preferred
• Ability to attend job and college fairs as needed
